Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an OR travel nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Grand Junction, Colorado. The role requires 1–2 years of acute care experience as circulating or scrub nurse, with potential RN first assistant duties.

Qualifications

• BLS and ACLS certifications are required before assignment.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and staff in caring for surgical patients.
• Provide pre- and post-surgery care and patient education.
• Support circulating/scrub roles and assist RN first assistant as needed.
• Monitor patient during surgery and respond to complications with the team.
• Maintain safety and correct procedures for each patient.
