A healthcare staffing agency is seeking a travel nurse for an OR - Operating Room position in Worthington, Minnesota. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of recent acute care experience and certifications in ACLS and BLS. Qualifications

• 1-2 years recent acute care experience as a circulating nurse, and/or scrub nurse, and potentially RN first assistant.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
• Experience with handling surgical instruments.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and medical staff in caring for surgical patients.
• Provide pre- and post-surgery care and education.
• Monitor and observe the patient during surgery.
