Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN for the OR – Operating Room in Amarillo, Texas. The role runs for 13 weeks with 48 hours per week, on a 12-hour shift schedule, and is classified as Travel employment.

The nurse will scrub and/or circulate for operative procedures, report to the Nurse Manager, and work under the supervision of the in-house RN in the OR. Requirements include RN licensure in the practicing state, OR experience, BLS, and applicable health certifications.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state where you practice (RN).
• Minimum of one year operating room clinical experience, preferred within last three years.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current Health Certificate if applicable; current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
