Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN for the Operating Room in Big Spring, Texas. The candidate will assist in a variety of surgical procedures and be responsible for patient safety and wound care. Candidates must have at least 2 years of nursing experience and prior travel experience, as well as certifications in ACLS, BLS, and PALS.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of nursing experience in a relevant field.
• Prior travel experience is required.
• COVID-19 vaccination required, with medical or religious exemptions allowed.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various surgeries, including appendectomy and C-sections.
• Manage wound care and ensure patient safety.
• Participate in code responses and infection control protocols.
• Start peripheral IVs and apply Universal Protocol procedures.

Skills

Circulating experience

Nursing experience (2+ years)

ACLS certification
