Amergis Healthcare Staffing, Inc. seeks a skilled Operating Room RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Boston, MA. The role includes circulating and scrubbing duties, with oversight of patient flow into the operating suite and collaboration with the Nurse Manager.

Qualifications include MA RN license, at least 1 year in hospital settings, and current BLS. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours, with no weekends or holidays, and a travel package with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in hospital/clinical setting.
• Prior supervisory/charge experience preferred (6+ months).
• Current BLS certification; additional credentials may be required for certain service lines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver perioperative care per guidelines and protocols.
• Act as scrub and circulating nurse across procedures (Ortho, Vascular, Urology, General).
• Assist surgical team with instruments, counts, and operative tasks.
• Coordinate with surgeons, anesthesia, and RNs to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
• Document care and progress accurately; maintain infection control standards.
