Job summary

Trinity Health's FirstChoice program is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) for the Saint Alphonsus Health System in Ontario, OR. This part-time, travel-friendly role offers premium pay and maximum scheduling flexibility across multiple hospital locations within the health system.

You will float as needed, demonstrate professional practice steps, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Valid RN licensure in the applicable state(s) of practice.
• Minimum 18 months of recent clinical experience for Med Surg, Tele and PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience for Critical Care, Surgical Services, Maternal Services, ED and Behavioral Health.
• Credentialing required per specialty area (e.g., ACLS, TNCC); BLS, ACLS and PALS must be obtained through American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Float throughout the hospital and/or multiple locations/regions.
• Apply standard nursing practice: Assess, Outcomes Identification, Plan, Implement, Evaluate.
• Act independently within license, scope of knowledge and experience.
• Maintain accountability for delegation, decisions and outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality and outcomes.
• Be adaptable to new ideas and responsibilities, managing competing priorities.
