Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent Operating Room nursing experience.
• Active Alabama RN License.

Responsibilities

• Circulate for surgical procedures and assist as scrub nurse when trained.
• Verify patient, site, and counts; participate in surgical time-outs.
• Monitor and protect the sterile field; manage counts with perioperative team.
• Anticipate surgeon needs and manage supplies, equipment, and specimen handling.
