Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a 13-week assignment in South Dakota. Applicants must hold an Active SD or Compact RN license and BLS certification, with at least 2 years of OR nursing experience. The role includes a day shift (0630-1500) and on-call duties, with a 13-week contract.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Operating Room unit in a hospital setting
• Day shift: 5x8s, AM shift 0630-1500, 40 hours per week
• On-call required: 1–2 nights per week and 1 weekend per month
• 13-week assignment
• No prior permanent employees of Avera or Sanford health systems are eligible
• Blocked scheduling and specific scheduling requests are not accommodated
