Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms, ensuring appropriate equipment and supplies are available.
• Maintain sterile technique and ensure patient safety throughout procedures.
• Coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists.
• Document intraoperative care accurately and thoroughly.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and AORN standards.
