AAA Travel Coordinator role is responsible for providing operational, technical, and training support across the Travel Business Line. You will analyze workflows with leadership, support travel systems implementations, and act as a subject matter expert in travel technology and vendor processes to ensure efficient service delivery.

The position requires knowledge of travel agency operations, experience with Sabre, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination abilities are essential for this role.
• Experience effectively coordinating multiple travel-related activities and teams.
• Light typing ability is required for administration and data entry.
• Knowledge of travel operations and industry practices is required, including familiarity with Sabre and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and secure master programs and coordinate implementation at all locations.
• Coordinate special projects impacting multiple travel departments.
• Collaborate with internal partners to ensure alignment and successful execution.
• Identify, develop, and implement procedural, technical and vendor training for Travel Agents.
• Interact with Travel Department Business Partners to drive results.
• Stay updated on changes in travel and travel technology.
