Job summary

Soliant seeks a CVOR Tech in Atlanta to join our travel surgical team. You will support cardiovascular procedures, ensuring sterile environment and readiness of specialized OR instruments in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Certification as a CST, with emphasis in cardiovascular procedures preferred.
• 1–2 years’ experience in a CVOR or related surgical tech setting.
• Proficiency in sterile technique and handling of cardiovascular OR instruments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress operating room environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the cardiovascular operating room for complex surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgical team throughout procedures, anticipating needs and ensuring equipment is sterile and accessible.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control and patient safety standards.
• Collaborate with nurses, surgeons, and other staff to provide optimal patient care.
• Participate in equipment setup, case turnover, and restocking supplies.
