Job summary

TotalMed is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Operating Room in Gardner, Massachusetts. The role requires 1-2 years of recent acute care experience, ACLS, and BLS certifications. Responsibilities include assisting medical staff during surgeries and providing patient care pre- and post-operation. Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience as circulating or scrub nurse, potentially RN first assistant.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and medical staff in caring for surgical patients.
• Provide pre- and post-surgery care and education to patients.
• Serve as communication liaison between patients' families and the operating team.

Skills
