The facility has unit size of 8 beds.

Dress code requires facility-provided scrubs.

Any requested time off during the assignment must be noted and verified at upload; RTO requests after upload will not be approved.

Requests for more than 5 days of RTO will not be accepted.

Orientation is 8 hours non-billable.

Call responsibilities include rotating on-call shifts, with holiday coverage if needed.

All scheduling requests are to be made at the time of submission; facility will not approve requests at or after the time of an offer.
