Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Oncology Travel Nurse (RN) for a 16-week assignment in Berlin, Vermont. You will work 40 hours per week on days, with 8-hour shifts and travel compensation.

Immediate openings require 1–2 years of acute care experience and oncology-focused responsibilities. The role involves administering chemotherapy under physician direction, educating patients, coordinating treatment plans, and supporting families while adhering to best-practice protocols in varied settings.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience required.
• BLS and CHEMO certifications required or may be required before assignment.
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment plans for oncology patients.
• Provide patient education and treatment tracking.
• Be a source of comfort and support for cancer patients and families.
• Attend to details while working under pressure.
• Implement best practice treatment protocols across settings.
