Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a travel assignment in Gilbert, Arizona. The RN will care for oncology patients, administer chemotherapy, and monitor progress during a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week and 12-hour day shifts.

Active RN license, nursing degree, BLS & ACLS, and at least 18 months of acute oncology experience are required. Travel reimbursement and housing options are provided by MedPro Staffing, a Joint Commission-certified provider.

• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Oncology setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for cancer patients across all stages, focusing on acute phase.
• Administer chemotherapy and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients about treatment options, procedures, and disease specifics.
