Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Oncology clinic position requiring an active OH or compact RN license and Epic experience.

Responsibilities

• Work in a GU/Uro Oncology outpatient clinic within a teaching hospital setting
• Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Floating within scope may be required to meet facility needs
• Uses Epic charting system with prior experience required
• Direct patient care in the GU/Uro Oncology clinic including coordination and support of oncology treatments
• Must complete Ohio fingerprinting as part of credentialing process upon contract signing
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Maximum allowed requested time off is 7 days, which must be included with initial request
• Navy blue scrubs are required
• Former employees must have a 6-month break before eligibility for a travel assignment
• Current employees at Ohio State University hospital locations are not eligible for traveler positions
• Locals are accepted at the same rate as travelers

Requirements

• Two professional references required, including at least one from a supervisor, manager, or director
