Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Oncology Registered Nurse for days in Lewiston, Maine. This assignment focuses on infusion care with chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy and IV infusions per protocol. Assignment length is 12 weeks, with pay up to $672–$768 gross per shift.

Shifts available are Days; compensation is $56.00–$64.00 per hour, with weekly pay and supportive career specialists. Immediate opportunities to advance within a nationwide partner network.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintenance.
• ACLS (AHA) certification upon hire and maintenance.
• Minimum one year of RN Oncology experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to oncology patients in an infusion setting (per shift).
• Administer chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy, and IV infusions per protocol.
• Perform patient assessments and monitor treatment response and side effects.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
• Ensure adherence to oncology safety standards and hazardous drug handling protocols.
• Communicate clinical changes, labs, and results to physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Collaborate with oncology care team to coordinate treatment and support.
