The Oncology Pharmacist will manage medication therapy for oncology patients, review orders for safety, dispense medications, and collaborate with the care team to optimize outcomes. EPIC and Beacon proficiency and BLS/BCLS certification are required.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting, with oncology experience.
• Experience using EPIC and Beacon electronic health record systems.
• General Certifications: BLS/BCLS required.

• Provide pharmaceutical care and medication management for oncology patients.
• Review and assess medication orders for safety, appropriateness and effectiveness.
• Provide drug information and recommendations to healthcare providers and patients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practice guidelines.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to facilitate patient care.
• Contribute to education and training of healthcare staff on oncology medication management.
• Be available for holiday coverage as needed.
