Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Oncology RN for a travel assignment in Terre Haute, Indiana. This 13-week MedSurg/Oncology travel role requires 36 hours per week on a 12-hour night shift, with travel pay and a tax-free stipend details to be confirmed.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience and BLS certification. Applicants should be prepared for bedside care, medication administration, and discharge planning in a fast-paced MedSurg setting.

Qualifications

• Oncology RN specialization required.
• RN licensure and active state eligibility.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of acute care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for a variety of patients, including pre- and post-op.
• Administer and document prescribed medications; report adverse reactions.
• Change dressings, insert catheters and start IVs.
• Assist physician during examinations and treatments; prepare equipment.
