Job summary

Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Travel Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. You will assist patients in regaining daily living skills under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

You must have an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy, an active state license, and BLS certification. You will travel to diverse locations, supporting patient progress and collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state license to practice Occupational Therapy.
• BLS certification (may be required).
