Job summary

TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist Assistant for assignments in Abilene, Texas. This 13-week contract requires working 40 hours per week, days shift, under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, guiding patients in daily living skills, recording progress, and collaborating with the care team. Required are 1 year of OTA experience, BLS and NBCOT COTA, and state licensure.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Current BLS and COTA National certification; state licensure required
• Ability to lift and assist patients safely; strong communication/interpersonal skills
• Solid understanding of anatomy, motor function, and occupational therapy principles

Responsibilities

Requirements
