Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited institution or a certificate from a recognized vocational or technical college.
• Current state licensure or active application process as an Occupational Therapist Assistant / COTA.
• Experience or new graduate with the ability to assist with rehabilitative activities.
• Strong clinical reasoning, teamwork, and patient assessment skills.
