Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care in Sierra Vista, AZ is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients and develop care plans in an acute care setting, traveling to assigned facilities.

You will conduct evaluations, educate families, document progress, and ensure timely, high-quality patient care. NBCOT-OTR certification, BLS, and state licensing are required; 6 months of experience preferred; new grads welcome.

Job description

Role: Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) responsible for evaluating and developing care plans for patients with diverse needs in an acute care setting.

Experience of at least 6 months is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
