Role

Occupational Therapist specializing in therapy services for Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF).

Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy services, assess patient needs, develop and implement treatment plans, and support patient recovery and functional independence in a SNF setting.

Qualifications & Skills

Relevant licensure and experience in occupational therapy, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work independently in a travel assignment.

Key Duties

• Deliver therapy services for approximately 40 hours weekly, typically in 8-hour shifts, in a full-time travel capacity.
• Maintain documentation.
