Prime HealthCare Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a SNF assignment in Macomb, Illinois. The start date is 11/02/2026 for a 13-week contract, with 40 hours per week and 8-hour day shifts.

This travel position includes housing and meal stipends and 24/7 support from a national staffing team. The ideal candidate will have SNF experience, an active state license, and a current BLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current BLS (AHA Preferred)
• Active State License
• Supervisory Professional References
• Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen

Responsibilities

• Manage a treatment plan to promote positive outcomes for SNF patients.
• Deliver OT services with 8-hour shifts as scheduled (days).
• Coordinate care within SNF; 4–5 days per week as needed.
• Maintain licensure compliance and documentation for the assignment.
