Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Old Bridge, New Jersey. The OT will work in SNF/LTC settings, with a 40-hour week, 8-hour days, for 13 weeks, starting ASAP.

The role requires a NJ OT license (or in process) and at least 1 year of recent OT experience in SNF/LTC. This contract position includes competitive pay and relocation or licensure reimbursement where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Current Occupational Therapist license within the state of practice (NJ)
• SNF / LTC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services in SNF/LTC settings.
• Deliver care per plan of care and document progress.
• Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to meet patient goals.
