Job summary

Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in Yuba City, California. This contract position is ideal for skilled or recently graduated OT professionals looking to gain experience in SNF / LTC settings.

The assignment runs 13 weeks, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour day shifts. Start date is ASAP, and travel therapists will be supported with housing accommodations and a comprehensive pay package.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services / interventions per physician orders.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to SNF/LTC patients.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate and modify care.
• Collaborate with the care team to achieve patient goals.
