Job summary

Qualifications

• Active state Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
• BLS Certification is required or preferred.

• Evaluate and treat patients across a wide range of diagnoses.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.
