Job summary

HiredFirst is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a Skilled Nursing facility in Santa Rosa, CA. This is a full-time, in-office contract with a weekly gross of $2,901 and a guaranteed number of hours.

You will evaluate and treat patients across diagnoses, document in line with facility procedures, and collaborate with a care-team to deliver high-quality rehab. New graduates are encouraged to apply, with support from a responsive recruiter.

Qualifications

• Current and active state Occupational Therapist license -or eligibility for licensure in the state of assignment.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Skilled Nursing experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Flexibility and adaptability in new clinical environments.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across a wide range of diagnoses.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility guidelines and procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and responsibility while delivering high-quality patient care.
