Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a skilled nursing facility setting on a large campus with an attached assisted living facility.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.


• Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license is required to start the assignment.


• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.


• Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings is required.


• Experience with Net Health and PCC electronic medical records preferred.


• Ability to meet productivity expectations: 85% for OT; 90–92% acceptable for COTA when applicable.


• COTA candidates are accepted; COTA preferred when specified.

Assignment Details

• Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility on a large campus with an attached Assisted Living Facility.


• Shift name: Days.


• Schedule: Flexible with days; options include 5x8s or 4x10s.


• EMR systems: Net Health and PCC.


• Current staffing model: Coverage includes full-time OTs, additional OT coverage twice weekly from another location, PRN support, 3 full-time PTAs, and a full-time SLP.
