Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a School Services Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment in South Bend, Indiana. You will work in outpatient pediatric settings and collaborate with local school corporations for 2–3 days weekly during the school year.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with no weekends or holidays. Requires OTR certification and Indiana license, plus travel experience.

Qualifications

• Prior travel experience required; 2+ years of clinical experience preferred.
• OTR certification and Indiana license required; teaching-hospital experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric occupational therapy services in school and community settings.
• Coordinate care with local school districts and Children’s Therapy Center staff.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers to develop and implement therapy plans.

Float: Required Local school corporations 2–3 days per week during the school year, with outpatient care at the Children’s Therapy Center for the remainder of the week

Weekends: no weekends
Holidays: no holidays

Requirements: Prior travel experience, at least 2 years of clinical experience, OTR certification and IN license, and teaching-hospital experience
