Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment near Wilmington, NC, with guaranteed weekly hours and a full academic year contract.

You will work with 2-4 schools across elementary to high school, develop IEPs, collaborate with teachers and families, and receive non-taxable stipends, travel support, premium compensation, comprehensive healthcare, and 401(k) planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy.
• Valid OT license in North Carolina (or willingness to obtain).
• Previous school-based occupational therapy experience preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different school environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff.
• Document progress and maintain complete, timely records.
• Travel between 2-4 school sites covering a variety of age groups.
