Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking an Occupational Therapist for rehab services in Brandon, FL. The role is an onsite contract starting 8/17/2026 for 13 weeks, with day shifts and a 7:30am–4pm schedule.

Must have OT licensure and AHA BLS, plus at least 1 year of rehab experience. Compensation includes weekly stipends and base pay with on-site responsibilities at the facility.

Qualifications

• Must hold an Occupational Therapist license and AHA BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapist - Rehab experience.
• Onsite clinical responsibilities in Brandon, FL.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT rehab therapy during day shift (8 hours/day, 5 days/week).
• Coordinate with rehab team and manage patient care on site.
• Adhere to shift schedule: 7:30am–4pm with 8x5 pattern.
