MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Castro Valley, California. The OT will provide rehabilitation services, develop a plan of care, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team.

Requirements include a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, NBCOT certification, and current state licensure or licensure in progress, plus CPR certification and at least one year of experience. Travel credentials and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT certification.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience.
• Current state license or in process for licensure as an OT.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients and provide direct occupational therapy services.
• Establish and administer a treatment plan with goals based on patient capacity.
• Develop a plan of care for each OT patient and provide skilled OT services.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
