• Facility: Hospital‑based outpatient rehabilitation facility on an ambulatory campus adjacent to a medical center
• Population: Outpatient adult, focus on orthopedics, arthritis, CVA/stroke rehabilitation, upper extremity conditions
• Day shift schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• No weekend or holiday coverage required
• Patient to therapist ratio: 1:1
• Epic EMR required

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop treatment plans
• Conduct reassessments and discharge documentation
• Develop home exercise programs
• Patient and family education regarding safety and injury prevention
• Provide clinical care within the outpatient setting

Requirements

• Active NJ OT license or NJ Compact Privilege
• Minimum 2 years occupational therapy experience
• Current BLS certification
• Epic EMR proficiency
• Full COVID‑19 vaccination including booster
• Experience with orthopedics, stroke rehabilitation, and upper extremity conditions preferred
