Skyline Med Staff Therapy is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Waurika, Oklahoma. You’ll work 40 hours per week in a day shift (8 hours) with travel-wide support from a dedicated recruiter. The agency offers Blue Cross Blue Shield health, dental and vision coverage, plus referral bonuses.

Minimum 1 year OT experience, active AHA BLS/CPR, and Oklahoma OT license required. Pay package details are provided with shifts, travel reimbursement, and per diem
