Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week assignment at a Terrell, TX facility. You will conduct evidence-based therapy, develop individualized plans, and support patients toward independence.

Our travel team offers comprehensive benefits and a collaborative clinical support network. The role requires an active OT license in Texas, BLS, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS Certification (AHA/ARC).
• Master's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• OTR Certification (NBCOT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized therapy plans based on patient assessments and goals.
• Deliver OT interventions and treatments per the treatment plan.
• Use adaptive techniques and equipment to improve daily living skills.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and strategies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for coordinated care.
• Track progress and update documentation in medical records.
• Participate in professional development and quality assurance.
