Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Meridian, Mississippi. The role requires 40 hours per week, with dayshift hours and travel between facilities as needed.

Start date is 10/05/2026, and compensation includes travel reimbursements and housing options. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy, is NBCOT-certified, and currently licensed in the state or in the process.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and NBCOT exam passed.
• Minimum one year of professional working experience.
• Current state OT license or in process for licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
• Other client facility requirements to be determined.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals based on patient capacity.
• Develop plan of care for each occupational therapy patient.
• Provide skilled OT services/interventions per physician orders.
• Assess needs, plan, evaluate and modify care to meet OT goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate patient goals.
