Job Details

• Certifications: MI State Occupational Therapist License, AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS), National Provider Identifier (NPI) required. Candidate without an NPI must initiate the application process.
• Education: Master's or Doctorate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Location Requirements: Candidate must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility.
• Experience: Minimum of two years working as an inpatient occupational therapist.
• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with start date on 11/09/2026 and end date on 02/06/2027.
