Requirements include a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctoral degree in OT, an active OT license, and OT certification to start (CPR/CPR-BLS may be required). Orientation documents must be completed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active State OT license required to start.
• OT certification required to start (e.g., NBCOT).
• BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• CPR (Basic) required to start.
• Completed Orientation Documents required to start.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients in travel assignments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan and implement patient care.
• Ensure documentation and compliance for travel assignments.
