Job summary

Nightingale Nurses - Allied is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist to provide home-based therapy in Hermiston, Oregon. The role is 40 hours per week for a 13-week assignment starting 10/05/2026, with potential floating to other qualified departments if needed.

Mandatory Oregon OT licensure, BLS, and a valid driver's license with reliable personal vehicle are required. Prior home health experience is preferred to support patient care in clients’ homes.

Qualifications

• Active Oregon OT license required.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional assessments, modification plans and patient education.
• Provide home-based occupational therapy services and rehabilitation.
