The role covers a full hand caseload with 60-minute evaluations and treatments, Monday through Friday, with two evenings until 7 pm, and a guaranteed 36–40 hour week. Candidates should have hand therapy experience, be comfortable making splints, and hold or be eligible for California licensure.

Qualifications

• OT with hand therapy experience for outpatient orthopedics
• CA licensure eligibility; credentialing and privileging support
• Experience with splints and full hand caseload

Responsibilities

• Manage 60-minute evals and treatments
• Outpatient hand therapy caseload for adults
