Fairview Hospital / Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for inpatient acute care in Show Low, Arizona. The role involves delivering inpatient OT services in a Level 3 trauma facility, typically 40 hours per week on day shifts, Monday through Friday.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant OT experience, an active OT license if applicable, and current BLS certification. You will work with Allscripts EMR to provide high-quality care and may receive housing
