The role covers licensing, credentialing, and privileging processes with agency support while maintaining a high productivity standard and flexible weekend scheduling.

Full-time travel assignments include housing, meals, and stipends, with benefits starting day one. You will support patient-centered care across multiple SNF sites.

Role:

Travel Occupational Therapist with expertise in therapy, primarily working in skilled nursing facilities.

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services, ensuring patient care and rehabilitation progress. Manage documentation using EMR systems like Net Health (Rehab Optima). Maintain productivity expectations (85-90%) and adhere to work schedules, which may include weekends. Handle licensing, credentialing, and privileging processes with support from the agency. Contribute to a comprehensive, patient-centered care environment in a skilled nursing setting.

• Full-time hours with guaranteed 35 hours per week
• Strong preference for SNF experience
• Travel, housing, licensing, and malpractice costs are covered by the agency
• Personal recruiter available 24/7 for support

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in occupational therapy, especially in SNF settings, with familiarity with EMR systems. Ability to meet productivity standards and handle credentialing processes efficiently. Strong communication and organizational skills.
