Job summary

Seacrest Behavioral Health is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist to support both home health and skilled nursing facility settings.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering quality patient care, with a split assignment and 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 8 am–4 pm). Documentation is performed in HCHB and NetHealth.

Qualifications

• Current OT license.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience; new grads welcome.
• Valid driver's license and two professional references.
• Local candidates within 80 miles encouraged; first-time travelers considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services in home health and SNF settings with a split assignment.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver quality patient care and complete documentation in HCHB and NetHealth.
• Travel across environments with a flexible schedule.
• Attend to 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 8 am–4 pm.

Position Overview

Work Conditions

Productivity expectations are 90% in Home Health and 85% in Skilled Nursing. Local candidates within 80 miles are encouraged. First-time travelers may be considered.
