Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence.
• Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Address ADLs, IADLs, mobility, and functional performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies; complete timely and accurate documentation.
