Critical Connection, inc in Preston, Minnesota is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting 09/21/2026. This travel role offers 40 hours per week, dayshift, and a flexible scheduling option.

You will evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence, implement OT treatment plans, address ADLs, collaborate with care teams, educate patients, and complete documentation. New graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active (or pending) state OT license required.
• New graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence.
• Implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Address ADLs, IADLs, mobility, and functional performance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation.
