Job summary

Sweetwater Care is seeking a Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide patient-centered therapy in home health settings. The role requires an Associate degree in Occupational Therapy and an active license or permit to practice in the operating states, along with a valid CPR certificate.

The COTA should be able to travel to all service locations and maintain current licensure and CPR certification while delivering quality care to patients in their homes.
