Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
• Occupational Therapy license / Licensure in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct individualized occupational therapy programs in a nursing home setting.
• Help patients develop, regain, or maintain the ability to perform daily activities.
• Teach patients skills for using adaptive equipment to participate in activities.
• Study, evaluate, and document patients' activities and progress.
