Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a Travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

The role involves working 40 hours per week in day shifts, with travel healthcare staffing guidelines and Cerner documentation expectations. The ideal candidate will hold Wisconsin licensure, BLS certification, and strong communication and teamwork skills to support adult and pediatric acute inpatient units, ICUs, and rehab services at a Level 2 trauma center.

Qualifications

• Requires Wisconsin state license prior to start.
• BLS (AHA) certification required.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, flexibility, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Work 8-hour day shifts with variable scheduling.
• Self-scheduling is not allowed.
• Rotating weekends and holidays with compensatory days scheduled.
• Evaluate and treat patients across adult and pediatric units including acute inpatient, ICU, and rehab.
• Chart using Cerner electronic health record system.
• Wear solid color scrubs that are clean and professional.
